Inspiration

We are a way for the universe to know itself. Some part of our being knows this is where we came from. We long to return. And we can, because the cosmos is also within us. We're made of star stuff.
-Carl Sagan
Some of us create art, some play music, some dance, but creativity goes beyond that. Creativity is the power that drives us to live. It's present within all of us but sometimes, it can be hard to find under all the baggage of the past and worries of the future. Here you will find videos and people who inspire everyone to find their power and shine like the star stuff we're made of. We are capable of incredible things, it's what we choose to do that makes up our legacy. Let's choose to be like the stars that inspire heaven. Let's use our power to be the best versions of ourselves and leave this planet a little better than how we came into it.

"One of the great challenges in this world is knowing enough about a subject to think you're right. But not enough about a subject to know you're wrong...[equip yourself] with some of the methods and tools to change data into information, information into knowledge, knowledge into wisdom." -Neil deGrasse Tyson

"The stimulus for the lobster to be able to grow is that it feels uncomfortable." -Dr. Abraham Twerski

"The fact that we humans, who are ourselves mere collections of fundamental particles of nature, have been able to come this close to an understanding of the laws governing us in our universe is a great triumph...however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at...there are no limits to the human spirit" -Stephen Hawking

"You the people have the power to make this life a wonderful adventure" -Charlie Chaplin, The Great Dictator

"Rock bottom can be a great foundation on which to build, and on which to grow." -Rick Rigsby

Matthew Huttle is a superhero. Not only does he do a sick cosplay of Captain America, but his life's work is to inspire all of us to find and become our inner hero. On his website you'll find his podcast series which delves into the psychological aspects of becoming a hero, and information from those who inspired him to walk this path. In the video below, he explains the struggle of finding his brand and the joy that has come from it.
