Notice about COVID-19
My office is currently closed and will re-open with Phase 2. 
Treatments are still available, however, through telehealth and home visits.
At this time, due to the restrictions placed by NYS, home visits require a prescription from a doctor. 
Until my office opens again, home visits will be discounted to $100.

My utmost concern is for the protection of ourselves and those around us.
